How to make a claim

You can choose from the following options:

Option 1

Please call the Travel Protector Claims Department on 0208 666 9248 (Monday - Friday 10.00am - 4.00pm. Closed weekends and Bank Holidays) or email claims@pjhayman.com and ask for a claim form. You will need to confirm your policy number, name and address and give brief details of your claim.

Calls may be recorded for training and compliance purposes.

to request a claim form detailing your name, address, policy number and brief details of your claim.

IMPORTANT NOTE

You must give notice to us as soon as possible, but in any event within 31 days of the incident. Please ensure that all information is accurate. All claim forms will be issued within 2 working days of receipt of the request. Please do not forward any documents until you submit the completed claim form.
