How to make a claim
You can choose from the following options:
Option 1
Please visit the website www.mondialtravelclaims.com. This will lead you to the Mondial on line claims notification service where claim forms can be obtained immediately via e mail or by downloading directly from the site.
Option 2
Please call 020 8666 9248 (Opening hours: Monday - Friday 8.00am – 6.00pm and Saturday 9am – 12 noon. Closed Bank Holidays). Textphone 020 8666 9562.
Option 3
Email travel_claims@mondial-assistance.co.uk and ask for a claim form. You will need to confirm your policy number, name and address and give brief details of your claim.
